Before you visit

A few helpful answers.

Have another question? Call or text us.

How do I make an appointment?

Call or text 949-815-ROCK (7625) to discuss availability and arrange your visit. Please keep text messages to scheduling questions; discuss detailed health information directly with your practitioner.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring a list of your current medications and supplements, any relevant medical records, and your insurance card if you plan to use insurance.

How long is a visit?

Please ask about the expected appointment length when scheduling so you can plan your day. Your first visit includes time to discuss your health history, concerns, and treatment options.

What if I am nervous about needles?

Let Kevin know before treatment. Acupuncture uses filiform needles, and your comfort matters. We can discuss what to expect and your concerns before deciding how to proceed. Tell your practitioner if anything feels uncomfortable during treatment.

Do you accept PPO insurance?

We accept PPO insurance. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your individual plan. Please contact the clinic and your insurer before your visit to confirm benefits, network status, and any deductible or copay. PPO acceptance does not mean every service is covered.

My Story & Mission

I spent many years working as a software engineer, and I know firsthand the toll that long hours at a desk and work-related stress can take. Neck, shoulder, and lower back pain were part of my own life. I understand the frustration of wanting to feel better and struggling to find relief.

When acupuncture helped relieve my pain, I was amazed that such tiny needles could make such a meaningful difference. That experience sparked a curiosity that grew into a passion, inspiring me to pursue formal training and become a licensed acupuncturist.

My mission is personal: to help others facing the same struggles I once faced. I want you to feel heard, understood, and supported in your care. Helping you move more comfortably, enjoy everyday moments with your family, and return to the things you love is what gives this work meaning to me.
